Before
Making a final order, you must read and familiarize yourself with important information about the product in question. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase is in accordance with their own wishes. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the information in the confirmation (only sent as an e-mail) is in accordance with the order.
You can also register and log in as a user via social login (Facebook and Google). When you register using Facebook or Google, you will be able to log in to your account with the email address you are registered with for these services. You can change your personal information at any time by logging in to “My page"
Payment
We use a payment solution from Nets AS - Netaxept. Third parties will not have access to your personal data Netaxept uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) when transmitting personal information. SSL creates a secure (encrypted) connection between your computer and Netaxept. In this way, the information can be transferred safely without unauthorized persons being able to read it along the way.
The prices of the goods and services are stated on the website, and the total price of the order will be shown separately before you press "Confirm and pay". All prices are listed in NOK and include applicable VAT.
After
After correctly completing the online payment, you will receive a receipt by email. The receipt will contain all the details of your purchase.
The booking has not been completed and is not valid in the following cases:
- The orderer has not received an e-mail with a receipt with confirmation/reference number.
- Card payment is cancelled for various reasons and the payment fails
- The payment is not completed fully or correctly so that the amount is not deducted from the account

Collection and storage of personal information

Rules on marketing
The customer agrees to establish a customer relationship and hereby accepts to receive marketing. You can opt out of this type of marketing by contacting Rauland Skisenter on post@raulandskisenter.no
Insurance
We recommend that you have good insurance agreements in place before the trip in case of illness, loss or damage to luggage, accident, liability and the like.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing lift tickets, tickets (après-ski, concert, event), packages and campaigns for specific dates or periods, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §22 letter m.
Changes
Rauland Skisenter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
LIFT PASS
1. Use and purchase of lift passes
All lift passes are personal and valid during regular opening hours for the date(s) stated on the card or online order/receipt. The user must be able to identify that he or she is the rightful holder of the card. The card must be shown unsolicited during inspection. When purchasing a lift pass, it will be stated which lifts and slopes are in operation on fnugg.no and on raulandskisenter.no
A lost card is only replaced with a new card when personal data has been registered in connection with the purchase of the lift pass and it can be blocked. The facility owner has the opportunity to charge an administration fee in regards of the issuance of a new card. Damage to the lift pass during normal use entitles the holder to the issuance of a new card. Keycard must be purchased.
It is only possible to buy lift tickets online or in our ticket machines.
2. Operational information
Some lifts/restaurants and ski rental are closed on weekdays (Monday-Friday in low season). A complete overview can be found here:

We take the right to end the season earlier (due to e.g. snow conditions or other unforeseen events) than estimated on raulandskisenter.no
3. Weather and snow conditions
We make our guests aware that weather and snow conditions can be variable in the mountains. The guest is responsible for assessing the weather and snow conditions based on his/her skiing and snowboarding skills, before purchasing a lift pass. We ask our guests to keep an eye on information about operational messages that are updated on our website and fnugg.no.
4. Alpine rules
Alpine skiing – including snowboarding, telemark skiing, etc. – is associated with a certain risk. All lift pass holders (you as a customer/guest and fellow travelers) are obliged to familiarize themselves with and follow the rules of conduct, safety conditions, instructions and regulations that are communicated. This includes Alpine and Mountain's industry regulations "10 rules for alpine skiers and snowboarders". Read here.
Rauland Ski Center is not responsible for damage that occurs when the guest/fellow travelers act in violation of such instructions and rules of conduct. e.g. when riding outside secured groomed trails, which is prohibited with great risk and is discouraged.
5. Right of withdrawal when purchasing a lift pass When purchasing a lift pass on the internet, there is no right to cancellation or refund, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act chapter §22 letter m) This also applies to packages and campaigns that contain date-attached lift tickets or date-fixed events.
6. Refunds
Refunds in the event of operational interruptions and beyond the facility's control (force majeure):
No refunds will be paid for lift passes or ski rentals that cannot be used due to, for example, bad weather, power failures, machine failures, little snow coverage, closure of certain slopes/lifts or technical stoppages. If you are unsure about the weather and conditions, please contact us before you buy a lift pass.
Reimbursement in the event of illness:
In the event of illness or injury, the card user will be entitled to a proportionate refund of the card expenses for the time the card could not be used against a doctor's certificate after a doctor's visit. The card must be returned as soon as possible ref. guidelines for the use of lift passes Alpin og Fjell (refunds are not given on half-day passes or single trips). Reimbursement in the event of illness or injury will only be given to the person who is sick or injured, and only for the days the lift pass has not been used. In case of early departure due to unforeseen events, no refund will be given on lift passes.
7. Miscellaneous discounts
The customer is responsible for presenting a discount coupon/voucher/gift card for the purchase of a lift pass. No refund will be given afterwards in case of lack of discount.
8. Sanctions in the event of misuse of lift passes or violation of the Alpine Code of Conduct
The cardholder understands that misuse of lift passes, violation of the Alpine Code of Conduct, violation of instructions on lifts and slopes, skiing while intoxicated, etc. may result in confiscation/blocking of lift passes, imposition of additional fees/control fees, expulsion from the facility and/or reporting to the police. Misuse of lift passes means, among other things, when an adult uses a children's card, a person uses someone else's card or a forged or stolen card is used. Checks will be carried out.
Ski rental
Bring your ID and booking confirmation when you pick up or rent ski and snowboard equipment. This also applies to pre-booked and paid equipment.
1. Payment, booking and cancellation
- All payment and booking is made in advance.
- Identification and booking confirmation must be presented to pick up rented equipment.
- If a rental agreement is cancelled at least 72 hours before the start of the rental, Rauland Skisenter will keep NOK 400,- of the amount for rental
- If the amount paid is less than NOK 400, - Rauland Skisenter keeps 100% of the amount paid.
- If cancelled between 0-72 hours before the start of the rental, Rauland Skisenter will keep 100% of the amount paid.
- In case of delayed return of rental equipment, a fee of NOK 100,- per person (per package) will be added until 11 am the next day. After 11 am, the price of a new day's rental will be added.
2. Use of equipment and the lessor's/client's responsibilities
- Equipment must only be used on marked and groomed trails. Damage to the equipment when used outside marked trails can make the person renting liable for compensation.
- The rental shop is not responsible for theft of the equipment. During the rental period, the person renting is responsible for the equipment.
- Alpine skis can easily be confused. Remember how the skis look and where you place the skis.
- The person renting is aware that the binding on alpine skis is of the release type. This reduces the risk of injury but is not a guarantee of safety. On snowboards, there are no releasable bindings. The use of a lanyard on a snowboard is mandatory.
- The rental shop is not responsible for personal injuries caused to the person renting during the rental period.
- The equipment must be returned to the rental shop where you picked up the equipment, when the rental period ends.
- The person renting is responsible to approve the equipment before use.
3. Refund
- Money will not be refunded for interrupted rent unless there is a doctor's certificate. In the event of illness or injury, the person renting will be entitled to a proportionate refund of the rental expenses for the time the equipment could not be used against a doctor's certificate after a doctor's visit. No refund for started rental day.
Ski school
1. Refund
- No refund will be given if the customer chooses to cancel the ski school lesson.
- No refund will be given if the customer is unable to attend the class as a result of incorrect information being provided when booking, such as the wrong level or age group, and it is not possible to change group. Therefore, make sure that you have provided the correct information before ordering.
3. Refunds in the event of operational interruptions and outside the facility's control (force majeure):
No refund will be paid for ski school that cannot be carried out due to, for example, bad weather, power failures, machine failures, little snow, closure of certain slopes/lifts or technical stoppages. If you are unsure about the weather and conditions, contact us before you book the ski school.

In the event of illness or injury, the ski school participant will be entitled to a proportionate reimbursement of the expenses for the time that the ski school could not be carried out against a doctor's certificate after a doctor's visit. Reimbursement in the event of illness or injury will only be given to the person who is ill or injured.
Tickets/activities/other
1. Right of withdrawal
Cancellations, changes and refunds for Après-ski and event tickets: No refunds will be given for booked tickets or table reservations. There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets/activities or other things for specific dates or periods, cf. Section 22 (m) of the Right of Withdrawal Act.
2. Photo
There will be photography, film and drone filming during our activities and events. When purchasing a ticket, this is accepted.
