How can I buy lift tickets online?

You can either top up your existing keycard with a lift pass, or buy both a new keycard and a lift pass.
Select a lift pass and proceed to the shopping cart:



First choose which date, number of people and which lift ticket you want to buy. Select "buy", and the lift tickets will be added to the shopping cart.
Check that you and the system have selected the correct lift pass and date, and select "Go to checkout".
At any time you can click on the "Shopping Cart" symbol at the top right to view and change products in the shopping cart.


My information:
Log in with your user account or create a new user account. You only need to create a user account the first time you buy a lift pass. You can also use Facebook or Google+ to log in, that way you do not need to remember your username and password. No information about you is published and/or shared on your status page on Facebook or Google+ in connection with logging in to your account.


Associate lift pass:
All lift tickets must be associated with one person and a keycard (existing or buy a new keycard).
Register who will use the lift tickets (name and date of birth). Date of birth must be correct as you can only buy children's cards for children and adult cards for adults.
For each lift pass; click on the name of the person who will use the lift card and select how the keycard will be connected.


Charging Keycard:
To charge an existing keycard, you need the number on your keycard.
Once you find this number, select one of these options:
- Choose one of my registered Keycards for this lift pass. Remember to check that the number matches the keycard itself!
- Add a new Keycard to my account. Then enter your keycard number and nickname.

Use of incorrect Keycard number:
We can upload a new ticket for you (upon presentation of a receipt) and for a fee of NOK 100, -. If you need a new Keycard, you can also buy this for NOK 100, -.


Buy new Keycard:
If you do not already have a keycard, you can buy this in the online store and pick it up at the box office/ticket machines.


Select option:
- Buy a new Keycard and pick it up at the ticket office.
Person and keycard must be selected for all lift tickets before proceeding for payment.
The same person and keycard number cannot be selected simultaneously on several lift cards in the same transaction.

Information about people and keycard numbers is stored under "My Page" and can be changed there at any time.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes, you can easily buy multiple lift tickets for your children, family, or friends in one transaction.
We store and link your lift tickets together on your page/account.
Your lift passes and affiliated family and friends can be easily managed through your page/account.
The next time you want to buy a lift pass for you or your friends, family, you also do not have to register your keycard number and name.

Covid-19 Question Refund of Season Pass (Covid-19):

We are highly concerned that a season ticket purchased for use at our facility should be a good investment that gives you many good experiences, and a large number of days skiing on the slopes.
Skiing, outdoors with plenty of space is a safe activity. We of course plan the season with good infection control measures, so that both guests and employees will have a good and safe experience.
In order to create a predictable purchase for you as a guest, this season we want to give you a guarantee if, against all odds, we get into a situation where the resort has to shut down larger parts due to Covid-19.
Within the period 5th of December 2020 – 5th of April 2021, the following reimbursement scheme will apply (we deduct from the actual use, similar to day passes purchased online:

If the facility is closed for the entire season, i.e., from 5th of December 2020 – 5th of April 2021 - you will be reimbursed for the entire amount minus an administration fee.
In case the facility shuts down for the rest of the season, any reimbursements/reimbursement claims cannot be settled until end of season!
Until the end of the season, the facility owner can consequently reject any reimbursement claims. Any claim for reimbursement shall be addressed to the facility owner after this time.



What about kids?

We have free lift passes for children 0-6 years.
All children 0-6 years must also have a lift pass/keycard. (These are free, but everyone must have a Keycard). All children must be registered, ie. book a ticket and upload a photo.

The card is personal to the child and cannot be transferred or used by others. Card misuse leads to confiscation and / or immediate exclusion/ or termination of access.

Do I need an existing keycard?

No, you do not need to have a Keycard from before! If you already have a Keycard, you can top it up in our online store. The lift pass is automatically loaded the first trip to the lift when you go through the turnstile / street. If you do not already have a Keycard, you can buy this in our online store. When you come to us, you pick up your Keycard in one of our ticket machines. The next time you come to us, just recharge this Keycard. If someone has a Keycard and others do not already have it, you can still buy this in our online store. Recharge the Keycard for those of you who have this and buy a new one for those who do not already have this. Everyone who wants to go through our lift system needs a Keycard, that allows you to pass through the turnstile / street.

Receipt and confirmation?

You can pay by credit card / debit card
Through the payment provider, your bank card / credit card number will be remembered so you do not have to enter it the next time you buy a lift pass. We do not store your card number.


Receipt and order confirmation
After the payment and purchase has been approved, a receipt will be sent to the e-mail address which is registered under your customer account.
You can also view the status of your order under "My Page".


If you do NOT receive a receipt, your purchase has NOT been completed.
If you have not received a receipt, go to "My page", click on "Order history" and "See all orders".
In the status bar, you can easily see if the order has been paid, confirmed or if an error has occurred.


Order status: The order has been confirmed:
Receipt and order confirmations have been sent to you by e-mail. If you have not received anything, be sure to check your junk/spam mailbox in your email account.


Order error:
Something went wrong, your purchase was not approved, and no money was deducted from your bank account. 


For payment:
The order payment is being processed with the payment partner. Refresh the website to see if the order has been approved.
Remember it can take up to 2 minutes before the payment has gone through.


What is the difference between a keycard/chipcard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card you use to cross the turnstile / street. Also called RFID card.
This can be charged with various tickets (season pass, day pass, 2hour pass)
Keycards can be reused.

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the plastic card

I forgot my keycard at home

If this happens you have to contact the ticket office in Tiur and we can help you.
We can upload a new ticket for you (upon presentation of a receipt) and for a fee of NOK 100,-. If you need a new Keycard, you can also buy this for NOK 100.-.

Where to get the keycard/ chip card?

You should only have one RFID card (Keycard, Visa etc.) on the left side of your person.
Put all your other Keycards / travel cards / credit cards etc. on the right side. If you have any issues contact the staff.

Do I have to choose a specific date?


You cannot change this afterwards.
Yes. The lift pass you have purchased is valid for the period / day you have purchased it for.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reactivate/recharge a Keycard that you already have, you can go straight to the lift.

At the first passthrough to get on a lift, you must hold the card for 3-5 seconds so that the ticket can be loaded onto the Keycard.

If you did not have a Keycard and ordered this online, you must visit the ticket machine to pick up the lift card that has been uploaded and registered onto a new Keycard.
